3.Is your service charge refundable if I am not satisfied with your service?
Yes, for agent service, if you are not satisfied with our service and if you can give detailed reasons, the charge will be fully or partially refundable that will be specified in our agent service agreement. For other services, we are not able to refund your payment.
4.How should I pay you if I want your service?

The charge for agent service normally consists of two parts, fixed rate (annual fee) and commission. Fixed rate is the minimum quantity you need to pay for agent service, and commission will be a percentage of the volume of transaction and the percentage will be depending on the business volume.
